an indian man called me and told me i have an outstanding loan for 350 dollars and that i must get a criminal lawyer to call them and that if i dont do that or pay it would cost me 6000 dollars and that i can expect to be terminated from my job the next day! I never took out such a loan!

Said I owed a payday loan which I have no record of getting. He has zero legal documents and could not even verify the date of the loan.

Called then hang up.

CLAIM TO BE Medical Revenue Services

Someone keeps calling me every hour from 8 am to 9 pm everyday including Sat and Sun. I am tired of them calling and not leaving any type or message.

Heavy Indian accented caller, stating I took out a payday loan and never paid it back. I told him I have proof that I've never received a payday loan ever. He gave no way to dispute, told me I had 2 options, pay an amount in which he never disclosed, or he'll mail me a summons. Claimed to be with a company called Langer and Langer Associates, told me to appear in court to prove I didn't take it, gave me a court date of, but would not give me a specific court, he told me not to worry about that part of it. Would not give me a physical mailing address to their company, I advised not to call my POE, they have repeatedly called, claiming to be Officer "so and so", various names. this number needs to be shut down, they are trying to scam people out of money.

STARTED CALLING ME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY-WHEN THEY CUDNT GET A HOLD OF ME THEY STARTED CALLING MY BOYFRIENDS CELL PHONE-WHEN I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE BY THE NAME OF CHRISTOPHER-WHO SPOKE HORRIBLY I CUDNT UNDERSTAND WHAT HE WAS SAYING ONLY SOMETHIGN ABOUT A DEFAULT ON A FIANCE LOAN-I NEVER FINANCED ANYTHING-ANYWAY WHEN I ASKED HIM TO REPEAT HIMSELF AFTER THE 3RD TIME-HE CALLED ME A F..........LADY AND THAT HE SAID IN CLEAR ENGLISH..SOMEONE PLEASE INVESTIGATE THESE PEOPLE THERE HAS GOT TO BE SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE
